I don’t get why the NY times is saying this just happened yesterday.
My guess is that the article I linked to 2 weeks ago says the SCJ *will* establish (in the future tense) this decision and maybe it only really established it when the paperwork was formally filed (yesterday?).
Either that, or the NYT staff is clueless.
